11 years in Greater Boston real estate. Sanjeev helps with pricing, offer strategy, negotiation and the deals that get complicated, instead of handing you a manual.
Specialties most brokerages don’t have
H-1B and visa-holder financing, buyers purchasing from abroad, relocation, and investment analysis. You can take on clients other agents turn away, with backup.
Data and tools included
Town-by-town sales data, a net-proceeds calculator, rental and DSCR analysis tools, without paying for your own subscriptions.
Marketing you don’t have to build
A website with town pages and buyer and seller guides, social content, and co-branded materials you can use with your own sphere.
Who we’re looking for
- Active Massachusetts license, or finishing the licensing course
- Self-directed: you manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable with data and modern tools
- Want a broker relationship, not a corporate culture
- Know at least one Greater Boston or MetroWest market well
We’re not building a team of 50. We’re looking for a few agents who want to build a long-term business with us.

Questions agents ask
Do I need to be licensed already?
You need an active Massachusetts salesperson or broker license to practice. If you are taking the course now, apply anyway and we can talk about your first months.
What is the commission split?
It depends on your experience and how much support you want, so we explain it on the first call and put it in writing before you decide.
Is this a team or a brokerage?
Namaste Boston Homes is a licensed Massachusetts brokerage (MA Broker #423095). Agents join the brokerage directly and work with the broker, not under a team lead.
Which towns do you cover?
More than 30 towns across Greater Boston, with most of our recent closings in MetroWest and the Route 9 / I-495 corridor: Shrewsbury, Ashland, Natick, Belmont, Andover and Acton.
